About HELPDevCo

With a focus on designing quality, permanently affordable, and supportive housing around resident needs, HELPDevCo is a 501c3 nonprofit property development company committed to serving our most vulnerable populations.

Founded
in 1996

HELPDevCo has developed and operated permanently affordable housing units in locations across the country. Over the years, HELPDevCo has developed over 30 Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Supportive Housing communities in 7 states and the District of Columbia. Our footprint continues to expand, because where there are housing needs, HELPDevCo is ready to respond.
