340+ Dixwell

New Haven, Connecticut.

340+ Dixwell will open in 2024 and be home to 69 families, including formerly homeless. The project will be Passive House certified and is the very first all mass-timber constructed affordable housing project in the country. HELPDevCo is partnering with Beulah Land Development Corp. and Spiritos Properties. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from the City and State.
