Phase II of HELP Perry Point Veterans Village will be home to 76 low-income veterans and their families. The project is located on the same site as Phase I, on grounds of the Perry Point Veterans Administration Medical Center. Supportive Services are provided to residents by the Veterans Administration. The project will be financed using LIHTC, funding from Maryland DHCD and the VA, as well as numerous foundations. Construction is underway and will be complete at the end if 2027.
