HELP One: Building C, is a part of HelpDevCo’s multi-phase development, delivering hundreds of units of affordable and supportive housing to Brooklyn’s East New York neighborhood. Located at 314 Hinsdale Street, Brooklyn, Building C will provide 79 units of affordable housing, with 48 units to be set aside for the formerly homeless. The project offers on-site social services provided by HELP USA and features amenities such as a shared 25,000 square foot courtyard and garden space, and murals from local Brooklyn artists. Financing includes 9% LIHTC, National Equity Fund (NEF), NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), Community Preservation Corporation (CPC), Bank of New York Mellon, Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP), and NYSERDA.
