Center City Courtyard

Opening in Fall 2025, HELP Center City Courtyard will provide 164 new units of affordable housing to downtown Rochester, NY, including 90 supportive units. Residents will enjoy urban downtown amenities enhanced by a newly created courtyard, underground parking, community rooms, a fitness center, lounge spaces, and a rooftop garden. Comprehensive on-site supportive services will be provided by Helio Health, Eagle Star Housing, and the Urban League of Rochester. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from New York State and the City of Rochester. HELPDevCo is partnering with CSD Housing.
