HELP ONE: Building A

HELP One: Building A, is a part of HelpDevCo’s multi-phase development, delivering hundreds of units of affordable and supportive housing to Brooklyn’s East New York neighborhood. Located at 273 Snediker Avenue, Building A delivered homes to 184 families in 2024. 111 of these individuals are formerly homeless young parents and children with on-site social services provided by HELP USA. Building A features amenities such as a shared 25,000 square foot courtyard, picnic areas, splash pad, recreation room in addition to 2,000 square feet of commercial space. Financing includes 4% LIHTC, Regions Bank, NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), NYC Housing Development Corporation (HDC), Bank of New York Mellon, Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP), and NYSERDA.
