HELP ONE: Building B

HELP One: Building B, is a part of HelpDevCo’s multi-phase development, delivering hundreds of units of affordable and supportive housing to Brooklyn’s East New York neighborhood. Located at 282 Hinsdale Street, Brooklyn. Building B provides 71 units of affordable housing. 43 units are designated for formerly homeless individuals with on-site social services provided by HELP USA. Building B features amenities such as a shared 25,000 square foot courtyard, picnic areas, Splash pad, recreation room, and murals from local artists. Financing includes 9% LIHTC, Regions Bank, NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), Community Preservation Corporation (CPC), Bank of New York Mellon, Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP), and NYSERDA.
