HELP ONE: BUILDING C

HELP One: Building C, is a part of HelpDevCo’s multi-phase development, delivering hundreds of units of affordable and supportive housing to Brooklyn’s East New York neighborhood. Located at 314 Hinsdale Street, Brooklyn, Building C will provide 79 units of affordable housing, with 48 units to be set aside for the formerly homeless. The project offers on-site social services provided by HELP USA and features amenities such as a shared 25,000 square foot courtyard and garden space, and murals from local Brooklyn artists.  Financing includes 9% LIHTC, National Equity Fund (NEF), NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), Community Preservation Corporation (CPC), Bank of New York Mellon, Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP), and NYSERDA. Construction is in progress and expected to be completed in 2025.
