Opening in Summer 2025, HELP Park Place will provide 44 new units of affordable housing, including 8 supportive units for formerly homeless families. The project was a part of New York State’s Vital Brooklyn initiative, an effort from the Governor’s office to expand access to essential services and quality, affordable housing in Central Brooklyn. The ground floor of HELP Park Place will be occupied by One Brooklyn Health as an annex of their neighboring Bishop Walker Health Care Center. The building also features a community room, an outdoor terrace, and on-site supportive services provided by HELP USA. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from New York State.
