HELP Perry Point Veterans Village, Phase II

Phase II of HELP Perry Point Veterans Village will home to 76 low-income veterans and their families. The project is located on the same site as Phase I, on grounds of the Perry Point Veterans Administration Medical Center. Supportive Services are provided directly by the Veterans Administration. The project will be financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from the State of Maryland and numerous foundations. Construction is expected to begin in late 2025.
