HELP Philadelphia I & II Reimagined

HELP Philadelphia I & II is the redevelopment of two of HELPDevCo’s oldest properties: HELP Philadelphia I (built in 1997) and HELP Philadelphia II (built in 1998). The rehabilitation, completed in July 2025, persevered 40 units of affordable housing for families and added 50 units for formerly homeless adults. The redevelopment includes gut-renovated townhouses and apartments, improved outdoor and community space for residents, and on-site supportive Services provided by Public Health Management Corp. HELP Philadelphia I & II was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from the City of Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
