HELP Philadelphia VII

PHILADELPHIA, PA, PA.

HELP Philadelphia VII is an adaptive reuse of the historic Rudolph Walton School in Philadelphia in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. Upon completion, the project will deliver 50 units of affordable and supportive housing for seniors. The development will include an interior gut-renovated of the existing school building, outdoor and community space for residents, and on-site supportive Services provided by Public Health Management Corp. Construction is expected to begin in 2027.
