The Hardy Williams Veteran Center at HELP Philadelphia IV

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Hardy Williams Center opened in 2014 and is home to 61 seniors, including formerly homeless veterans. Supportive Services are provided by Public Health Management Corp. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from the City and State.
