The Lural Lee Blevins Veteran Center at HELP Philadelphia V

The Blevins Center opened in 2018 and is home to 37 seniors, including formerly homeless veterans. The building was a historic renovation and adaptive reuse of a former public school building and won several awards related to historic preservation. Supportive Services are provided by Public Health Management Corp. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from the State.
