Genesis Neighborhood Plaza II (GNPII)

East New York, Brooklyn.

Opened in 2012, GNPII is home to 98 families and formerly homeless veterans. GNPII was one of the first projects in the country to utilize project-based HUD-VASH vouchers which provide rental assistance and supportive services to homeless veterans. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from New York City and State.
