Genesis RFK Apartments

Union Square, Manhattan.

Opened in 1995 and renovated in 2016, RFK apartments is home to 90 families, half of whom were previously homeless. In addition, since 2016 HELP USA and HELPDevCo occupy the bottom three floors as corporate offices. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from New York City and State.
