HELP Perry Point Veterans Village, Phase I

Perry Point opened in 2018 and is home for 75 formerly homeless veterans and their families. The project is located on the grounds of the Perry Point Veterans Administration hospital and at the confluence of the Susquehanna River and Upper Chesapeake Bay. Supportive Services are provided directly by the Veterans Administration. Perry Point has won multiple awards and a second phase is in the planning stages. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from the State of Maryland and numerous foundations.
