HELP Philadelphia II

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

HELP Philadelphia II opened in 1998 as transitional housing for homeless women and children and continues to operate in that capacity. Supportive Services are provided by Public Health Management Corp. Plans are underway to renovate this building and convert it to permanent housing for homeless adults. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from the City and State.
