Newark Genesis Apartments

Newark, New Jersey.

This project, known as JBJ Soul Homes, opened in 2009 and is home to 51 families and individuals, some of whom are HIV-positive. Supportive Services are provided by Broadway House. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from Newark and the state.
